  • Jarrett Allen tuning out trade rumors, uncertainty
Jarrett Allen said he's "aware of all of it" when asked about being mentioned in trade rumors involving James Harden.

Advice: “At this point, anything is in the air," Allen said. "I haven’t been told what is going to happen ... I know it’s big decisions, deciding where I’m playing or deciding whatever happens at the end of the day." If he does stay in Brooklyn with the championship-hungry Nets, he'll likely split minutes at center with DeAndre Jordan. It's not a great fantasy scenario no matter which guy starts. • Kerr hints he'll bring along Wiseman slowly
Steve Kerr hinted that he'll be bringing along James Wiseman slowly in his rookie season.

Advice: "It’s important for us to get James on the court, period,” Kerr said. “But given that our bread-and-butter offensively is the Steph-Draymond pick-and-roll and when he’s on the court with those guys, he’s gotta learn the spacing and learn to get to that dunker spot and be on the backside, understand his role in those circumstances... A lot to catch up on. I’m excited for James, but also want to preach caution for everybody not to expect too much too soon. He played three college games." It sounds like Wiseman could be on a short-leash his rookie year with the five-man minutes evenly divided between him, Marquese Chriss and Kevon Looney. He's still worth taking a flier on, but it could be slow going for Wiseman to start the season. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 2:39 pm
  • Thomas Bryant credits health for improved play
Thomas Bryant credited his health for his improved play inside the Orlando bubble.

Advice: Bryant missed a lot of time last season with a stress reaction in his right foot, and said it was painful trying to play through it. We saw a "fully healthy TB" inside the bubble though, as he racked up 18.6 points, 8.9 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.4 steals, 2.0 blocks and 1.9 triples on 53% from the field and 76% from the line in eight games. With only Robin Lopez behind him, Bryant has a lot of momentum heading into the 2020-21 season. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:22 am
  • Dwight Powell says he will be a 'full go' in camp
Dwight Powell (Achilles) said he will be a "full go" when practice begins Friday.

Advice: Powell tore his Achilles in January so he's had roughly a year to recover. Kristaps Porzingis (knee) will be sidelined to begin the season, so while we expect the Mavs to gradually increase Powell's workload, we don't think it will be long before he's playing significant minutes. Powell was a 12th-round value in 9-cat last season and will need some positive regression with his steal/block rates to crack the top-100. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 7:38 am
  • Clippers waiving Joakim Noah, set to retire
The Clippers are waiving center Joakim Noah and he's likely going to retire from basketball.

Advice: Noah played 13 seasons, made two All-Star teams and was a defensive beast, but injuries eventually wore him down. Good luck to him and his family in the future. Ivica Zubac and Serge Ibaka will likely split center minutes for the Clippers this season.  Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 5:32 pm
