  • Stephen Curry wins Clutch Player of the Year award
Stephen Curry won the Kia NBA Clutch Player of the Year award on Thursday.

Advice: Curry beat out DeMar DeRozan and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, receiving 45 first-place votes to DeRozan’s 34. Those two were separated by 26 total points, with SGA coming in third with 160 points (11 first-place votes). Curry led the NBA in crunch time points (189), made field goals (59), and made 3-pointers (32). “Crunch time” is defined as the final five minutes of a game within five points. Rounding out the top five were Nikola Jokic and Jalen Brunson. Rotoworld 48 minutes ago
  • De’Anthony Melton (back) active Thursday
De’Anthony Melton (back injury recovery) has been upgraded from questionable to active ahead of Thursday’s 76ers-Knicks game.

Advice: Melton is set to make his 2024 postseason debut. His nagging back injury has improved enough for him to hit the hardwood and his status will likely reduce Kyle Lowry’s minutes. Rotoworld Today, 3:34 pm
  • Won't face limitations in Game 3
Suggs won't face a minutes limit during Thursday's Game 3 against the Cavaliers, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Suggs suffered a left knee sprain during Monday's Game 2 loss, but he practiced fully Wednesday and did so again Thursday morning. He's averaged 11.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists in 31.0 minutes per game over the first two matchups in the series. Rotowire.com Today, 7:59 am
  • Goes for 33 points in Game 2 win
Gilgeous-Alexander had 33 points (13-19 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three rebounds, five assists and two steals across 35 minutes during Wednesday's 124-92 victory over the Pelicans in Game 2 of the Western Conference first round.

Advice: The Thunder secured a statement win in Game 2 of the series, and Gilgeous-Alexander was dominant en route to his first 30-point effort since April 9, when he exploded for 40 points in a win over the Kings. Gilgeous-Alexander should lead the Thunder in Game 3 on Saturday, and he's having an excellent series so far, shooting 55.8 percent from the field and 37.5 percent from deep in the first two games against New Orleans. • Boosts offense in loss
White tallied 13 points (5-8 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four assists, one rebound, one block and one steal over 36 minutes in Wednesday's 111-101 loss to Miami in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference first round.

Advice: White provided a boost on the offensive end of the court for Boston in a losing effort, handing out a team-high-tying quartet of assists to go along with a pair of threes and concluding as one of three Celtics in double figures in scoring. White has pitched in nicely behind Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum in the first round, recording at least 13 points and four rebounds in both outings against Miami. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:54 pm
