  • Report: Jazz receiving interest on D. Favors
The Jazz are receiving "a lot of interest" on Derrick Favors, according to Jody Genessy of the Deseret News.

Advice: This report adds that Utah isn't looking to deal Favors, but he isn't off limits. Favors had a terrible year in 2016-17 due to lingering knee issues, playing in just 50 games and starting just 39. He even tweeted he was playing on one leg, which caused the drop in minutes and productivity. If Favors can recover from this knee issue, the 25-year-old big man could have a bounce-back season. • Celtics reach out to Knicks about Porzingis
Several teams, including the Boston Celtics, have engaged the Knicks about a possible Kristaps Porzingis trade according to Adrian Wojnarowski of the Vertical.

Advice: Woj adds that no one has been willing to meet the Knicks demands so far, but expect the talks to heat up as we approach the draft. In case you missed it, the Knicks are said to be asking for two starters and a top four pick in return, presumably to select Kansas' Josh Jackson. The Celtics (No. 3) and Suns (No. 4) are likely the favorites to land Porzingis if the Knicks pull the trigger on a trade, as it sounds like the 76ers (No. 1) are more than comfortable with Markelle Fultz and the Lakers (No. 2) are expected to take Lonzo Ball. • Nuggets tender qualifying offer to Plumlee
The Nuggets have tendered a qualifying offer to Mason Plumlee, making him a restricted free agent.

Advice: Nuggets GM Tim Connelly called Plumlee "a huge piece of our core" back in April and they traded away Jusuf Nurkic and a first round pick to acquire him from Portland, so expect them to bring him back unless his price gets out of hand. Assuming he returns to Denver, Plumlee will back up Nikola Jokic in 2017-18 and may see sporadic minutes beside him as well, but he will likely be a low-end fantasy asset. In 27 games for the Nuggets, he averaged 9.1 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.1 blocks. Rotoworld.com Today, 8:22 am
  • ESPN: Spurs shopping LaMarcus Aldridge
According to ESPN's Ramona Shelburne and Michael C. Wright, the Spurs are still shopping LaMarcus Aldridge.

Advice: Suns radio host John Gambadoro said on Wednesday that the Spurs were looking for a top-5 pick in return, but this report says they would move Aldridge for a top-10 pick. The Spurs have spoken to at least three teams so far, but no deal is imminent yet. Aldridge was a letdown in the postseason and is slated to make $21.4 million next season with a player option for 2018-19, so getting his contract off the books would give the Spurs a ton of flexibility to make some noise in free agency. • Dwight Howard not guaranteed to start
Hornets coach Steve Clifford said he hasn't decided if Dwight Howard will start over Cody Zeller next season.

Advice: Howard is entering his age-32 season and the Hornets have a lot of depth up front in Zeller, Frank Kaminsky and Marvin Williams, so his minutes could be dialed back. He obviously has a long injury history, so that's probably a good thing. The Hornets have committed $54 million to Zeller over the next four years and he has been informed by coach Steve Clifford that his role won't diminish, so maybe this becomes a timeshare. Fantasy owners should move both Howard and Zeller down their draft boards. Rotoworld.com Today, 7:01 am
