Player Notes

  • Fails to score in four minutes
Hield ended Thursday's 125-114 victory over New York in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals with zero points (0-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and one block in four minutes.

Advice: Hield barely touched the floor in the win, continuing his rapid fall from grace. He is basically an afterthought at this point, despite the fact the 76ers are not loaded with reliable talent. At this point, it appears as though he will need an offseason move to have any chance of being a fantasy asset next season. Rotowire.com 17 minutes ago
  • Significant role yields very little
Batum provided four points (1-2 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal in 29 minutes during Thursday's 125-114 victory over the Knicks in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.

Advice: Batum continues to do very little despite playing meaningful minutes, highlighting the 76ers' lack of depth. Although he did manage three combined steals and blocks, they would love for him to have scored more than four points. Given they have very few options when it comes to somewhat reliable producers, Batum should continue to play a significant role moving forward. Rotowire.com 19 minutes ago
  • Disappoints again Thursday
Harris totaled eight points (4-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt), five rebounds and one block across 33 minutes during Thursday's 125-114 win over New York in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.

Advice: Harris continues to come up short for the 76ers, scoring no more than 10 points for the third straight playoff game. He is averaging just 8.3 points per game thus far, well below where he needs to be if they are to make any real noise during the postseason. Look for Harris to try and turn things around in Game 4 Sunday. Rotowire.com 22 minutes ago
  • D’Angelo Russell goes scoreless in Game 3 loss
D’Angelo Russell missed all seven of his shot attempts in Thursday’s 112-105 loss to the Nuggets, going scoreless with three rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one blocked shot in 24 minutes.

Advice: After bouncing back from a mediocre Game 1 with a quality effort in Game 2, there was hope that Russell could build on that 23-point night. That did not happen; he was 0-of-6 from three and 0-of-7 from the field overall. Due to his struggles, Russell lost minutes to Spencer Dinwiddie, who logged 22 and finished with eight points, two rebounds, and three assists. With the Lakers needing a win on Saturday to extend their season, it would be unsurprising if Darvin Ham did not wait long to pull Russell if he doesn’t have it. If that happens, Dinwiddie and Gabe Vincent (four points, four rebounds in 20 minutes) will play more minutes. Rotoworld 24 minutes ago
  • Goes missing in Game 3 loss
Bogdanovic finished with five points (1-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-3 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one block across 13 minutes during Thursday's 125-114 loss to the 76ers in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.

Advice: Bogdanovic was a non-factor in the loss, playing only 13 minutes. At this point, his playing time is completely reliant on whether his shot is falling, something it was not doing Thursday. New York will look to bounce back Sunday when the two teams face off once again. Rotowire.com 24 minutes ago
