    • Jalen Brunson (foot) logs 38 minutes in Game 3
Jalen Brunson (sore right foot) shot 10-of-26 from the field and 4-of-7 from the foul line in Friday’s 111-106 loss to Indiana, accumulating 26 points, six assists, one steal, and two 3-pointers in 38 minutes.

Advice: Brunson did not look like himself early in Game 3, eventually subbing out with 6:55 remaining in the first quarter. The good news for the Knicks is that he still played 38 minutes and eventually got going as New York nearly stole a win on the road. The five turnovers were a concern, as the Pacers made Aaron Nesmith the primary defender, using a bigger body to make life difficult for Brunson. Now, there’s a quick turnaround for JB and the shorthanded Knicks to navigate, as Game 4 is on Sunday afternoon. Brunson may appear on the injury report but expect the Knicks point guard to take on his usual workload (or be close to it). Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:05 pm
    • Good to go for Game 3
Brunson (foot) is available and in the starting lineup for Friday's Game 3 against the Pacers, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.

Advice: As expected, Brunson has been upgraded from questionable to available Friday despite dealing with right foot soreness. With OG Anunoby (hamstring) out, Brunson will likely need to continue his scoring dominance in order for the Knicks to take a 3-0 lead in the series. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:38 pm
    • Expected to play Friday
Brunson (foot) will likely go through warmups and play in Friday's Game 3 against the Pacers, Stefan Bondy of The New York Post reports.

Advice: Brunson is officially listed as questionable for Friday's contest due to right foot soreness but is expected to suit up. The star guard is averaging 35.6 points, 8.1 assists and 4.4 rebounds in 42.4 minutes across his eight appearances thus far in the postseason. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:55 pm
    • Jalen Brunson (foot) active Friday vs. Pacers
Jalen Brunson (right foot soreness) has been upgraded from questionable to active for Friday’s Knicks-Pacers game.

Advice: Brunson had an injury scare in Game 2 before returning to action and appears to be healthy enough to play again ahead of the weekend. It’s unclear whether he’ll handle his usual heavy workload, but some reserve guards could be asked to step up while OG Anunoby is out. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:48 pm
    • Scores 17 points off bench Thursday
Hardaway posted 17 points (6-10 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), two rebounds and one assist over 19 minutes during Thursday's 119-110 win over Oklahoma City in Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

Advice: Hardaway stepped his game up off the bench and provided a scoring boost to the second unit, and his contributions proved to be much-needed as the Mavericks evened the series with a huge road win. Hardaway can go hot or cold in any given game, but he should remain an important cog of the Mavericks' rotation during this playoff run. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:24 am
    • Tim Hardaway Jr. chips in with 17 points in Game 2
Tim Hardaway Jr. amassed 17 points (6-of-10 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), two rebounds, one assist, and two 3-pointers in 19 minutes in Thursday’s 119-110 win over Oklahoma City.

Advice: After missing the last four games of Dallas’ first-round series against the Clippers with a sprained ankle, Hardaway offered little production in Tuesday’s second-round opener against Oklahoma City. He stepped up when needed in Game 2, scoring 17 points on a night when Kyrie Irving shot 2-of-8 from the field. Hardaway and PJ Washington combined to score 46 points, so Dallas heads home for Game 3 in a tie series instead of sitting in a 0-2 hole. The Mavericks host Game 3 on Saturday afternoon. • Flirts with triple-double in win
Hartenstein contributed 14 points (5-7 FG, 4-4 FT), 12 rebounds, eight assists and one block over 39 minutes during Wednesday's 130-121 victory over the Pacers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Advice: Hartenstein continues to impress for the Knicks, falling two assists short of a triple-double. With Mitchell Robinson (ankle) likely out for the remainder of the postseason, Hartenstein should be in line for heavy minutes moving forward. It's been a breakout season for Hartenstein, one that should have him well-placed to receive a sizeable upgrade when it comes time to discuss his future contract. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 9:42 pm
    • Isaiah Hartenstein posts 14/12/8/0/1 line Weds.
Isaiah Hartenstein logged 39 minutes in Wednesday’s Game 2 win over the Pacers, finishing with 14 points (5-of-7 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), 12 rebounds, eight assists, and one blocked shot.

Advice: Hartenstein was outstanding in Game 2, finishing two assists shy of a triple-double while committing just one turnover. Jalen Brunson not being at full strength after injuring his right foot during the first half may not have impacted iHart, positionally speaking. Still, his ability to serve as a secondary playmaker was one of the reasons why the Knicks remained within striking distance. Hartenstein and the Knicks take a 2-0 series lead to Indianapolis, where Game 3 will be played on Friday night. Rotoworld Wednesday, 8:09 pm
    • Jalen Brunson (foot) returns, scores 29 points
Jalen Brunson (sore right foot) shot 11-of-18 from the field and 4-of-6 from the foul line in Wednesday’s 130-121 win over the Pacers, tallying 29 points, two rebounds, five assists, three steals, and three 3-pointers in 32 minutes.

Advice: Brunson endured an injury scare during the first half of Game 2, exiting with 3:32 remaining in the first quarter. An apparent sore foot kept him in the locker room through halftime, but the Knicks point guard returned for the start of the third quarter. And it’s a good thing he did, as Brunson took over in the second half to lead the Knicks in scoring again. While his streak of 40-point games concludes, the Knicks taking a 2-0 series lead to Indianapolis is more important. Also, the Knicks are 6-1 in “clutch games” (games with a margin of five points or less with five minutes remaining) this postseason. Brunson said he’ll try to be available for Game 3 on Friday, so consider him questionable. Rotoworld Wednesday, 7:39 pm
