    • Returns for second half
Brunson (foot) has returned for the second half of Wednesday's Game 2 matchup with the Pacers, Fred Katz of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Brunson tweaked his foot during the first half and took an early trip to the locker room, but he started the second half for New York. However, the injury is clearly hampering him, as he's sporting a bit of a limp and he doesn't appear to be able to guard the opposing ball handler. It'll be interesting to see how he finishes the game. Rotowire.com 56 minutes ago
    • Jalen Brunson (foot) returns for third quarter
Jalen Brunson (sore right foot) is on the court for the start of the third quarter of Wednesday’s game against the Pacers.

Advice: Having exited with a little over three minutes remaining in the first quarter, Brunson was considered questionable to return. The All-Star point guard started the third quarter but has not looked like his usual self. Rotoworld Today, 6:24 pm
    • Jalen Brunson (foot) questionable to return Weds.
Jalen Brunson (sore right foot) is questionable to return to Wednesday’s game against the Pacers.

Advice: Brunson appeared to suffer a left hand injury during the first quarter of Wednesday’s Game 2 when he collided with Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard. However, the Knicks have announced that it’s a right foot issue that has kept him out of the game for most of the first half. Miles McBride will run the show until the Knicks get their All-Star point guard back, and this is a terrible turn of events for a team already lacking depth. Rotoworld Today, 5:59 pm
    • Has sore right foot
Brunson is questionable to return to Wednesday's Game 2 against the Pacers with a sore right foot.

Advice: Brunson went to the locker room late in the first and stayed there to start the second. The Knicks have given an update to his status, listing him as questionable to return with soreness in his right foot. Miles McBride should man the point guard spot for as long as Brunson is sidelined. Rotowire.com Today, 5:59 pm
    • In locker room to start second
Brunson stayed in the locker room following the first quarter for unspecified reasons, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.

Advice: Brunson exited the contest late in the first period and went back to the locker room with an undisclosed injury and didn't return to the bench to start the second quarter. Until clarification is provided, Brunson should be considered questionable to return. Miles McBride should handle most of the point guard duties, while Shake Milton could see his first action of the playoffs. Rotowire.com Today, 5:50 pm
    • Nikola Jokic wins third career MVP award
Nikola Jokic was named winner of the KIA NBA Most Valuable Player award.

Advice: Jokic winning the award, the third of his career, is unsurprising. The 7-footer from Serbia has won the award three times in the last four seasons, finishing second the one time he did not (2023). During the regular season, Jokic averaged 26.4 points, 12.4 rebounds, 9.0 assists, 1.4 steals, 0.9 blocks, and 1.1 3-pointers per game, recording 25 triple-doubles. Oklahoma City’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Dallas’ Luka Doncic rounded out the top three in the voting. Milwaukee’s Giannis Antetokounmpo finished fourth, with Jalen Brunson coming in fifth. • Double-doubles in Game 1 loss
Mobley accumulated 17 points (8-12 FG, 1-2 FT), 13 rebounds, three assists and one block in 32 minutes during Tuesday's 120-95 loss to the Celtics in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Advice: Mobley continues to play as Cleveland's starting center due to Jarrett Allen (ribs) being sidelined, but his numbers have not suffered. Mobley recorded his third double-double across his last four appearances Tuesday, and he should continue to operate as a reliable two-way threat in Game 2 on Thursday, especially if Allen can't suit up again. • Evan Mobley puts up 17/13 double-double in loss
Evan Mobley recorded a double-double on Tuesday with 17 points (8-of-12 FGs), 13 rebounds, three assists and one block in Game 1 against Boston.

Advice: Mobley didn’t have a great series offensively against the Magic, but he was able to tie his highest-scoring game from the first round on Tuesday. Most of that came in the second half, as he scored 15 of his 19 after the break, including 10 points in the fourth quarter. Unfortunately, his efforts weren’t enough to close the gap in the scoreboard. Mobley will continue to start at center until Jarrett Allen (ribs) returns to the lineup, and while he has shown flashes this postseason, the overall result of Mobley as the only big has been underwhelming. • Nears triple-double in Game 2 loss
Jokic amassed 16 points (5-13 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 6-6 FT), 16 rebounds, eight assists and one block across 39 minutes during Monday's 106-80 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

Advice: Jokic can change a game by himself at any point of a contest and is dominant enough to carry Denver to victory on a regular basis, but he hasn't been able to do it in the first two games of the current series. The two-time MVP winner is averaging 27.0 points, 15.0 rebounds and 9.4 assists per game through seven playoff contests. While he remains an absolute stud in fantasy regardless of what happens with the Nuggets as a team, he needs his teammates to take a step forward to avoid an early exit in their quest to win back-to-back NBA titles.
