      Advice: Wagner didn't score more than 18 points through the first three matchups of the opening-round series but exploded for a game-high 34 in Game 4 and was incredibly efficient. His 34 points marked his most since Feb. 8, and his 13 rebounds were a career high.       Tatum logged 22 points (6-16 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 8-12 FT), 11 rebounds, six assists and one block in 39 minutes during Saturday's 104-84 victory over Miami in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

      Advice: Tatum co-led the Celtics in scoring Saturday with Jaylen Brown, but Tatum also made his presence felt in other categories, particularly in the rebounding column, another category in which he led the team. Tatum's eight makes from the charity stripe salvaged what could've been a subpar scoring performance for the star forward, and he'll aim to bounce back from a poor shooting display in Game 4 on Monday.       Jayson Tatum played 38 minutes in Saturday’s 104-84 win over the Heat, tallying 22 points (6-of-16 FGs, 8-of-12 FTs), 11 rebounds, six assists, one block, and two 3-pointers.

      Advice: While Tatum has scored at least 22 points in all three games, he’s been inconsistent regarding accuracy. He shot 50% from the field in Boston’s Game 2 loss but made fewer than 40% of his shots in Games 1 and 3 (both Celtics wins). Outside of the shooting, this was an efficient game for Tatum, who did not commit a turnover while recording his second double-double of the series. Derrick White also failed to record a turnover in Game 3, finishing with 16 points, five rebounds, three assists, and two 3-pointers in 31 minutes.       Franz Wagner led the Magic with 34 points (13-of-17 FGs), 13 rebounds, four assists, one block and two triples in a 112-89 win over Cleveland in Game 4 on Saturday.

      Advice: Wagner took over in the third quarter, scoring 12 points in the period as Orlando outscored the Cavs 37-10. The Magic trailed by nine points at halftime, but they won by 23 because of elite defense and Wagner’s offense. He has been solid in this series, but Wagner played like a true star in this one, which was needed with Paolo Banchero (9 points) struggling. They tied the series up with two convincing wins, and they’ll need to bring some of this offense with them to Cleveland for Game 5 if they want to take a lead in this series.       Gordon posted 29 points (12-18 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 15 rebounds, three assists and one steal in 41 minutes during Thursday's 112-105 win over the Lakers in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

      Advice: Nikola Jokic finished just one assist away from a triple-double, and Jamal Murray had another impressive showing, but the Nuggets came through in Game 3 thanks to the energy and tenacity of Gordon, who stepped his game up when Denver needed him the most, especially in the third quarter. The 29-point output was Gordon's second-best scoring mark of the entire campaign, and he's averaging a solid 18.3 points, 11.0 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game through the first three games of the series against the Lakers.       Advice: Wagner is known for his scoring ability, but in a game where Paolo Banchero and Jalen Suggs carried the offense, Wagner made his presence felt as a distributor, with his eight assists being his highest output since Dec. 26. Wagner should remain a capable presence on the offensive side of the ball for the Magic, as he's averaged 17.3 points per game through the first three contests of this first-round series.       Harris totaled eight points (4-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt), five rebounds and one block across 33 minutes during Thursday's 125-114 win over New York in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

      Advice: Harris continues to come up short for the 76ers, scoring no more than 10 points for the third straight playoff game. He is averaging just 8.3 points per game thus far, well below where he needs to be if they are to make any real noise during the postseason.       Aaron Gordon shot 12-of-18 from the field and 5-of-6 from the foul line in Thursday’s 112-105 win over the Lakers, accounting for 29 points, 15 rebounds, three assists, and one steal in 41 minutes.

      Advice: Gordon was outstanding in Game 3, leading Denver to its 11th straight win over the Lakers (regular season and playoffs). He established playoff career-highs in points and rebounds, and five of his 15 boards were of the offensive variety. All three of Denver’s frontcourt starters scored at least 20 points, with Michael Porter Jr. adding 20 along with 10 rebounds, three assists, and two 3-pointers.       Advice: Like Paolo Banchero, Wagner took much better care of the basketball than in Game 2. After committing six turnovers in that defeat, Franz did not record any in Game 3. In fact, Orlando’s starters were responsible for just one turnover, which was a major factor in the Magic’s first win of the series.
