    • Bam Adebayo finishes Game 5 loss with 23 points
Bam Adebayo played 36 minutes in Wednesday’s loss to the Celtics, accounting for 23 points (10-of-26 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, six assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer.

Advice: For the second straight game, Adebayo hit a 3-pointer. As was the case in Game 4, it did not matter, as the Heat were eliminated from the playoffs in blowout fashion. Bam led the team in points and assists but was inefficient as a scorer. Given how shorthanded Miami was, they needed a near-perfect game from the available players to have a shot. That didn’t happen, so attention now turns to the offseason. Adebayo entered the season with a Yahoo ADP of 32.7, and while the availability was there (70 games played), the production dipped slightly. The three-time All-Star averaged one point less per game compared to the 2022-23 campaign, and Bam also experienced decreases in field goal and free throw percentages. While he finished this season ranked outside the top 50, Adebayo will remain a safe 3rd-round pick in standard league drafts in the fall. Rotoworld 16 minutes ago
    • Kawhi Leonard (knee) ruled out for Game 5 vs. Mavs
Kawhi Leonard (right knee inflammation) will remain sidelined for Game 5 against Dallas on Wednesday.

Advice: Unsurprisingly, Leonard has been ruled out for Game 5, though the situation isn’t as bleak as many expected. The Clippers have won the two games that he hasn’t played in, and they were able to reclaim home court advantage in Game 4. They won’t force Kawhi back out on the court if he isn’t 100%, which means that Amir Coffey should remain in the starting unit. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:04 pm
    • Ruled out for Game 5
Allen (ribs) won't play in Tuesday's Game 5 against the Magic, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Allen has been downgraded from questionable to out Tuesday due to a right rib contusion he suffered in Game 4. Isaac Okoro will replace him in the starting lineup, with Damian Jones and Tristan Thompson candidates to receive increased playing time off the bench. Allen's next chance to suit up is Game 6 on Friday. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:35 pm
    • Jarrett Allen ruled out, Isaac Okoro to start
Jarrett Allen (right rib contusion) has been ruled out for Game 5 on Tuesday against the Magic, which will allow Isaac Okoro to start in his place.

Advice: With Allen sidelined, Evan Mobley will shift over to center, with Okoro entering the starting unit. Mobley has had a solid series, but he’ll have to really step up with Allen out of the rotation. Tristan Thompson will likely also be forced into extra minutes behind Mobley. • Confirmed out for Game 5
Coach Tyronn Lue said Tuesday that Leonard (knee) will not play in Game 5 versus the Mavericks on Wednesday, NBA writer Marc Stein reports.

Advice: Lue made this announcement shortly after saying Leonard wouldn't be doing anything at all during Tuesday's practice. Leonard clearly didn't have much mobility in Games 2 and 3, and it's unclear when he'll be able to return. Based on previous reports, the Clippers will need to see Leonard's knee inflammation improve before giving him the green light. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:00 am
    • Won't practice Tuesday
Coach Tyronn Lue said Leonard (knee) will not do anything at practice Tuesday, Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.com reports.

Advice: After sitting out Game 1 due to inflammation in his right knee, Leonard played in Games 2 and 3, but he looked like a shell of himself with limited mobility. Leonard was held out of Game 4 on Sunday, and it would be a big surprise if he could play Wednesday based on how the forward is trending. If Leonard is indeed held out, Amir Coffey would be a candidate to see an increased role. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:55 am
    • Jarrett Allen (rib) questionable Tuesday vs. Magic
Jarrett Allen (right rib contusion) is listed as questionable for Tuesday’s Cavaliers-Magic game.

Advice: Allen is on the injury report after scoring a series-high 21 points in Game 4. The Cavs big man’s production has dropped off since he recorded back-to-back double-doubles in Games 1 and 2. Tristan Thompson could be asked to step up and play a larger role if Allen is ruled out. • Late addition to injury report
Allen is questionable for Tuesday's Game 5 against the Magic due to a right rib contusion.

Advice: Allen is a late addition to the injury report, and his availability is in jeopardy for the critical Game 5 in Cleveland. The big man has arguably been the MVP for the Cavaliers in the opening-round series, as he's averaged 17.0 points, 13.8 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.0 blocks in 31.8 minutes over the first four matchups. After dominating Jonathan Isaac in the first two games, Orlando countered by moving Wendell Carter back into the starting lineup. While the Magic won the last two games with Carter as a starter, Allen has still been able to produce offensively, though his rebounding numbers haven't been as prolific as they were to start the series. • Modest production again
Holiday chipped in 11 points (4-10 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, six assists and one steal over 38 minutes during Monday's 102-88 win over the Heat in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Holiday continues to put up mediocre stats, something that has been a trend all season long. He has had to take a back seat since arriving in Boston, especially on the offensive end. With that said, the Celtics recently signed him to a sizeable contract extension, highlighting just how important he is to the team despite the lack of tangible numbers. Rotowire.com Monday, 11:39 pm
