    Advice: The Lakers are still alive in the series against the Nuggets, and James became just the fourth player in NBA history to record a 30-point playoff game at the age of 39 or older, joining Reggie Miller, Karl Malone and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on that exclusive list. James has surpassed the 25-point mark in each of the four games in this series, and the Lakers will need him to be at his best once again if they want to avoid elimination in Game 5 on Monday.     Advice: Porter was Denver's second-best player in this game, as he trailed only Nikola Jokic in scoring and rebounding while notching his second consecutive double-double in the series. Despite playing a secondary role on offense behind Jokic and Jamal Murray, Porter has scored at least 20 points while grabbing nine or more rebounds in his last three contests, a run he'll aim to continue in Game 5 on Monday.     Michael Porter Jr. finished Saturday’s Game 4 loss to the Lakers with 27 points (10-of-20 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), 11 rebounds, one assist, one steal, and four 3-pointers in 40 minutes.

    Advice: Porter has been one of Denver’s most consistent players in this series, accounting for at least 19 points and eight rebounds in all four games. Saturday’s double-double was his second in as many games, but the 3-point shooting did slip while in Los Angeles. After shooting 9-of-17 in the series’ first two games, Porter was 6-of-17 from beyond the arc in Games 3 and 4. Don’t be surprised if he benefits from the return home for Game 5 on Monday night.     Advice: Tatum co-led the Celtics in scoring Saturday with Jaylen Brown, but Tatum also made his presence felt in other categories, particularly in the rebounding column, another category in which he led the team. Tatum's eight makes from the charity stripe salvaged what could've been a subpar scoring performance for the star forward, and he'll aim to bounce back from a poor shooting display in Game 4 on Monday.     Advice: Brown couldn't repeat the 33-point output from Game 2, but he delivered a well-rounded effort and surpassed the 20-point mark for the second consecutive contest, as he continues to play a prominent role on offense for the Celtics even when the team is at full strength.     Austin Reaves played 30 minutes in Saturday’s Game 4 win over the Nuggets, accounting for 21 points (7-of-15 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), one rebound, six assists, and one 3-pointer in 30 minutes.

    Advice: After scoring 22 points in the first two games of this series, Reaves tallied 22 and 21 in the Lakers’ two home games. He’s been a more consistent supplementary scoring option than D’Angelo Russell, who bounced back from a brutal Game 3 to score 21 points in Game 4.     LeBron James played 39 minutes in Saturday’s 119-108 win over the Nuggets, accounting for 30 points (14-of-23 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, four assists, three steals, and one blocked shot.

    Advice: James committed six turnovers, but the overall body of work was good enough to help the Lakers extend their season. He scored 14 of his team-high 30 points in the fourth quarter, as the Lakers broke even in the period (28-all). Add in only being a minus-2 in third-quarter points, a significant issue in the first three games of the series, and Darvin Ham’s team lives to fight another day.     Jaylen Brown shot 11-of-20 from the field and 0-of-1 from the foul line in Saturday’s 104-84 win over the Heat, amassing 22 points, eight rebounds, three assists, one steal, and one blocked shot in 33 minutes.

    Advice: Brown missed all four of his 3-point attempts, but that was the lone blemish on his stat line in the Celtics’ 20-point victory. He’s shot 50% or better from the field in all three games, scoring 20 or more in the last two. Brown and the Celtics combined to shoot 11-of-37 from three on Saturday, but they did a far better job defending that shot than in Game 2. Miami was 9-of-28 from beyond the arc in Game 3, a big reason why the Celtics took a 2-1 series lead. Game 4 is on Monday night, and Boston has won ten of its last 13 games in Miami.     Jayson Tatum played 38 minutes in Saturday’s 104-84 win over the Heat, tallying 22 points (6-of-16 FGs, 8-of-12 FTs), 11 rebounds, six assists, one block, and two 3-pointers.

    Advice: While Tatum has scored at least 22 points in all three games, he’s been inconsistent regarding accuracy. He shot 50% from the field in Boston’s Game 2 loss but made fewer than 40% of his shots in Games 1 and 3 (both Celtics wins). Outside of the shooting, this was an efficient game for Tatum, who did not commit a turnover while recording his second double-double of the series. Derrick White also failed to record a turnover in Game 3, finishing with 16 points, five rebounds, three assists, and two 3-pointers in 31 minutes.
