    • Kyrie Irving limited to 14 points in Game 5 win
Kyrie Irving finished Wednesday’s 123-93 win over the Clippers with 14 points (6-of-14 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), four rebounds, six assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer in 35 minutes.

Advice: Irving caught fire in Sunday’s Game 4 defeat, shooting 14-of-25 from the field and 6-of-12 from beyond the arc. He cooled off considerably in Game 5, specifically from three (1-of-7), but still managed to shoot 5-of-7 from two. Luka Doncic snapped out of his self-proclaimed funk, and other Mavericks stepped up as they handed the Clippers their worst postseason defeat in franchise history. Dallas takes a 3-2 lead into Friday’s Game 6, and it’s fair to assume Irving will be better than he was on Wednesday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:36 pm
    • Struggles with shot
DiVincenzo ended Tuesday's 112-106 overtime loss to Philadelphia in Game 5 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs with nine points (3-10 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, one assist and two blocks across 26 minutes.

Advice: DiVincenzo has had a tough series so far on the offensive end, but he's been solid defensively and does a lot of things that don't always show up on the box score. Through five games of the opening-round series, the guard has averaged 9.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.8 three-pointers while hitting 33.3 percent from the field. • Drops 40 points in Game 5 loss
Brunson amassed 40 points (15-32 FG, 4-11 3Pt, 6-9 FT), three rebounds, six assists and three steals across 51 minutes during Tuesday's 112-106 overtime loss to Philadelphia in Game 5 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Brunson was carrying a probable tag into Tuesday's game with a right knee contusion, but he powered through it and didn't appear limited in any way. Brunson's counting stats continue to be through the roof, but he has struggled with his shot. Through five playoff games, Brunson is hitting 41.9 percent from the field and 28.9 percent from beyond the arc. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:53 am
    • Erupts for 46 points
Maxey amassed 46 points (17-30 FG, 7-12 3Pt, 5-8 FT), five rebounds and nine assists in 52 minutes during Tuesday's 112-106 overtime victory over the Knicks in Game 5 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Joel Embiid clearly wasn't 100 percent, so Maxey stepped up in a big way for the 76ers. He used his quickness to get whatever look he wanted on the court, and he hit a three-pointer near halfcourt to send this game to overtime. This series will head back to Philadelphia for Game 6 on Thursday with the Knicks leading 3-2. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:44 am
    • Quiet in Game 5 loss
McConnell logged six points (3-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt), three rebounds and three assists in 16 minutes during Tuesday's 115-92 loss to the Bucks in Game 5 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: McConnell failed to have a significant impact in the loss, continuing his underwhelming series. The Pacers were never really in this one, falling behind early and giving the Bucks some much-needed momentum. Game 6 is in Indiana on Thursday, providing the Pacers with another opportunity to advance to the second round. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 10:33 pm
    • Tyrese Maxey keeps 76ers alive with 46-point night
Tyrese Maxey led the 76ers with 46 points (17-of-30 FGs), five rebounds, nine assists and seven 3-pointers in a 112-106 overtime win over the Knicks in Game 5 on Tuesday.

Advice: With Joel Embiid struggling, Maxey stepped up to lead the 76ers in this game. Even when it seemed like the game was over, Maxey kept them alive. They trailed by six points with 30 seconds left when Maxey converted a four-point play. Then he knocked down a deep three after Josh Hart split free throws to tie the game and force overtime. Maxey added five more points in the overtime period to extend the series and force a Game 6 in Philadelphia. This was the closest thing we’ve seen to Reggie Miller’s eight points in nine seconds, and the 76ers now have some life and momentum in this series. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:11 pm
    • Jalen Brunson drops 40 in OT loss in Game 5
Jalen Brunson led the Knicks with 40 points (15-of-32 FGs), three rebounds, six assists, three steals and four triples in a 112-106 overtime loss to Philadelphia in Game 5 on Tuesday.

Advice: With a chance to close out the series at home, Brunson had a massive performance, which was his second straight game with at least 40 points. Unfortunately, an unreal stretch from Tyrese Maxey late in the fourth quarter forced overtime, where the Knicks just couldn’t get anything going outside of Brunson, who scored all nine of their points in the extra frame. It was still an impressive game from Brunson, but they’ll now have to go into Philadelphia for Game 6 on Thursday. Brunson averaged 43 points in the two games in Philly, with the Knicks coming away with a win in Game 4. They’ll need another masterclass performance out of him to avoid a Game 7. • Suiting up against Philadelphia
Brunson (knee) is available and in the starting lineup for Tuesday's Game 5 against the 76ers.

Advice: Brunson has been upgraded from probable to available Tuesday despite dealing with a right knee contusion. While the star guard is averaging 33.0 points per game across the four games of the series, he is shooting just 40.5 percent from the field and 25.9 percent from three. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 3:44 pm
    • Jalen Brunson (knee) available for Game 5 Tuesday
According to TNT’s Jared Greenberg, Jalen Brunson (right knee contusion) is available for Tuesday’s game against the 76ers.

Advice: As expected, Brunson is available as the Knicks look to close out a series on their home court for the first time since 1999. He’ll take on his usual workload despite dealing with multiple injuries. Rotoworld Tuesday, 3:38 pm
