    Wiggins logged 16 points (5-7 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 23 minutes during Tuesday's 117-95 victory over the Mavericks in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

    Advice: Wiggins had his best game of the playoffs, scoring 16 points including three triples. Given he scored a combined 23 points in the first-round series against the Pelicans, outbursts like this shouldn't be expected moving forward.     Lawson closed with three points (1-2 FG, 1-2 3Pt) and one rebound in five minutes during Tuesday's 117-95 loss to Oklahoma City in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

    Hardaway posted two points (1-5 FG, 0-4 3Pt) and two rebounds over 17 minutes during Tuesday's 117-95 loss to Oklahoma City in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

    Advice: Hardaway returned to action following a four-game absence as a result of an ankle injury. While he does, in theory, provide Dallas with another scoring option off the bench, that was not the case here.     Gafford totaled 16 points (5-12 FG, 6-8 FT), 11 rebounds, one assist and five blocks across 27 minutes during Tuesday's 117-95 loss to the Thunder in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

    Advice: Gafford recorded a double-double in the loss, adding five blocks. It was arguably his best performance of the postseason and something the Mavericks are going to need more of should they hope to advance to the Conference Finals.   • Daniel Gafford records 16/11 double-double
    Daniel Gafford recorded a double-double on Tuesday with 16 points (5-of-12 FGs), 11 rebounds, one assist and five blocks against the Thunder.

    Advice: Gafford had a quiet first round series against the Clippers, but he was much better in the first game of this series. He recorded his first double-double of this postseason and swatted five shots, which was his highest block total in a game since March. Gafford has a better matchup in this series, and with Maxi Kleber sidelined for at least three weeks, he’ll continue to see extra minutes. He played 27 minutes in this game, which was more minutes than he played in any game in the first round. He’ll play a large role once again in Game 2 on Thursday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:25 pm
     
  • Aaron Wiggins chips in 16/5/2/1/1 line off bench
    Aaron Wiggins provided a boost off the bench with 16 points (5-of-7 FGs), five rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and three triples against Dallas on Tuesday.

    Advice: OKC has plenty of depth, which means that there are multiple options that can change a game on any given night. Wiggins was the difference-maker in this game, and he was able to make an impact on both sides of the ball off the bench. He scored 12 of his 16 points in the first half, and the Thunder outscored Dallas by 18 points in his 23 minutes on the court. This doesn’t mean that Wiggins will continue to produce to this level moving forward, since he didn’t do much in the first round against New Orleans. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:15 pm
     
  • Evan Mobley puts up 17/13 double-double in loss
    Evan Mobley recorded a double-double on Tuesday with 17 points (8-of-12 FGs), 13 rebounds, three assists and one block in Game 1 against Boston.

    Advice: Mobley didn’t have a great series offensively against the Magic, but he was able to tie his highest-scoring game from the first round on Tuesday. Most of that came in the second half, as he scored 15 of his 19 after the break, including 10 points in the fourth quarter. Unfortunately, his efforts weren’t enough to close the gap in the scoreboard. Mobley will continue to start at center until Jarrett Allen (ribs) returns to the lineup, and while he has shown flashes this postseason, the overall result of Mobley as the only big has been underwhelming.   • Isaac Okoro scores 11 first-half points Tuesday
    Isaac Okoro got another start on Tuesday and contributed 11 points (4-of-11 FGs), one rebound, one assist and three triples against Boston.

    Advice: With Jarrett Allen (ribs) sidelined for a fourth straight game, Okoro remained in the starting unit once again. He provided a solid punch offensively in the first half, but he wasn’t able to contribute much after the break. Okoro is a solid defensive piece, and he is a valuable player when he is able to space the floor and knock down open shots. However, that hasn’t always been the case, which has limited his fantasy value through the first four seasons of his career. He’ll continue to smart until Allen returns to the lineup.   • Exercises player option
    Wood exercised his $3 million player option for the 2024-25 season Tuesday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.

    Advice: Wood was a sporadic part of the rotation in Los Angeles this season, appearing in 50 games with averages of 6.9 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 17.4 minutes. There could potentially be a lot of changes for the Lakers this offseason depending on whether or not LeBron James picks up his player option, so it's difficult to project Wood's role for next season at the moment.
