Player Notes

  • Leads Pacers in scoring Thursday
Siakam registered 28 points (13-17 FG, 2-2 3Pt), five rebounds and two assists in 31 minutes during Thursday's 126-110 loss to the Celtics in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Advice: Siakam was Indiana's best player by a wide margin, as he missed just four of his 17 shots and also made his presence felt on the glass in a game during which the Pacers looked outmatched in terms of physicality and intensity. Siakam should remain one of Indiana's primary offensive weapons in Game 3, and he would be in line for an even more prominent role if Tyrese Haliburton (leg) doesn't play Saturday. • Annulled in Game 2 defeat
Turner had eight points (3-7 FG, 2-4 3Pt), four rebounds and one steal over 24 minutes during Thursday's 126-110 loss to the Celtics in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Advice: Turner had issues with foul trouble all game long, and that was the main reason why he was limited to just 24 minutes -- his second-lowest mark in the current playoff run. Turner also snapped his streak of games with double-digit points at six, and he'll aim to bounce back in Game 3 on Saturday. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:20 pm
  • Doesn't return Thursday
Kornet (wrist) had two rebounds in five minutes during Thursday's 126-110 victory over Indiana in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Advice: Kornet didn't return to the game, and the big man's status for Game 3 of the series Saturday should be treated with caution. If he can't go, then Xavier Tillman would operate as Al Horford's backup. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:56 pm
  • Out for Game 2
Kleber (shoulder) will not play in Game 2 against the Timberwolves on Friday.

Advice: No surprises here, as Kleber remains without an official timetable to return. His next chance to play will be Sunday for Game 3, but it's not looking promising. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:47 pm
  • Xavier Tillman (personal) active Thursday
Xavier Tillman (personal reasons) is listed as active for Thursday’s Game 2 matchup between the Celtics and Pacers.

Advice: Tillman wasn’t with his team for Game 1 because of personal reasons but will be available on Thursday. The reserve big man might give Boston some spot minutes off the pine but isn’t expected to play a significant role. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:04 am
