    • Dealt to Knicks
The Nets traded Bridges to the Knicks in exchange for Bojan Bogdanovic (foot/wrist), four unprotected first-round picks, a protected first-round pick via the Bucks, an unprotected pick swap and a second-round pick on Tuesday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Advice: Bridges will head to the Knicks after being traded from Phoenix to Brooklyn in a package for Kevin Durant in 2022-23. Last season, Bridges averaged 19.6 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.0 steals in 34.8 minutes across 82 appearances, all of which were starts. In New York, Bridges will likely start at one of the forward spots, especially if the team is unable to retain OG Anunoby in free agency. Bridges is one of the league's most effective three-and-D wings, has displayed impressive availability throughout his career, and has a good relationship with former Villanova teammates Jalen Brunson, Donte DiVincenzo and Josh Hart. • Woj: Nets trade Mikal Bridges to Knicks
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Nets are trading Mikal Bridges and a 2026 second-round pick to the Nets in exchange for Bojan Bogdanovic and multiple future draft picks.

Advice: Well, add another Villanova alum to the Knicks roster. Bridges is reportedly headed from Brooklyn to Manhattan in a deal that will cost the Knicks a significant amount of draft capital. In addition to Bogdanovic, the Nets will receive four unprotected firsts (2025, 2027, 2029, and 2031) from New York, another 2025 first via Milwaukee (top-4 protected), and an unprotected pick swap. Bridges’ fantasy value took a hit this season as the marquee offensive option, and he’s been at his best when able to play off of a star. How valuable he is will depend on whether or not the Knicks can also re-sign OG Anunoby. Bridges is likely a top 75 player if everyone returns, but this move moves New York closer to challenging Boston in the East. Rotoworld Today, 7:11 pm
    • Woj: Scottie Barnes signing max extension with TOR
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Barnes is signing a five-year, $270 million extension with the Toronto Raptors.

Advice: Barnes notched career highs in points (19.9), rebounds (8.2), assists (6.2), and steals in 2023-24 before suffering a season-ending hand injury. Toronto has locked up their franchise centerpiece on a long-term deal. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:41 am
    • Set to ink five-year extension
Barnes (hand) agreed Monday with the Raptors on a five-year maximum extension worth up to $270 million, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Advice: Keeping Barnes in the fold long term is a no-brainer for the Raptors, as the 22-year-old forward took a big leap forward during his third NBA season in 2023-24. Over his 60 appearances this past season, Barnes posted averages of 19.9 points, 8.2 rebounds, 6.1 assists, 1.7 three-pointers, 1.5 steals and 1.3 blocks in 34.9 minutes per game while shooting 47.5 percent from the field, 78.1 percent from the free-throw line and 34.1 percent from three-point range. Each of those averages represented career highs, and the free-throw and three-point percentages were also personal bests for Barnes. Expect Barnes and the Raptors to finalize the extension at some point in the coming days. Barnes missed the final 22 games of the 2023-24 season after undergoing surgery on his left hand, but he's set for a healthy offseason and shouldn't have any restrictions by the time training camp gets underway in the fall. • Stein: Magic, 76ers targeting Caldwell-Pope
The Magic and 76ers are considering making runs at Kentavious Caldwell-Pope in free agency, per Marc Stein.

Advice: KCP has won two of the last five championships as part of different squads while providing value on both ends of the value. He should make a huge impact on either the 76ers or Magic as both teams are ready to contend and could use a 3-and-D starter at shooting guard. KCP has been an incredibly impactful starter for the Nuggets the last couple of seasons, which could earn him a big raise if he moves to the East. Rotoworld Sunday, 11:34 am
