    Plumlee agreed to a one-year deal with the Suns on Sunday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

    Advice: Plumlee has bounced around the league throughout most of his career, and he'll be on the move again after agreeing to a short-term deal with Phoenix. He made 46 regular-season appearances (11 starts) with the Clippers last year and averaged 5.3 points and 5.1 rebounds in 14.7 minutes per game.   • Heading to Philadelphia
    Gordon agreed to a one-year, $3.3 million contract with the 76ers on Sunday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

    Advice: Gordon spent the 2023-24 campaign in Phoenix and averaged 11.0 points, 2.2 three-pointers, 2.0 assists and 1.8 rebounds in 27.8 minutes per game over 68 regular-season appearances. He's converted 38.5 percent of his 5.4 three-point attempts per game over the past three seasons and should be a solid perimeter presence for his new team, but the extent of his role will likely depend on whether the 76ers land Paul George in free agency.     The Athletic’s Shams Charania reports that Eric Gordon has agreed to a deal with the 76ers.

    Advice: The terms of the deal are not yet known, but Philly will add some needed shooting and another veteran presence.     Caldwell-Pope agreed Sunday with the Magic on a three-year, $66 million deal, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

    Advice: Caldwell-Pope is headed to Orlando after spending the last two seasons with the Nuggets. The 31-year-old wing averaged 10.1 points, 2.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.6 three-pointers and 1.3 steals per game in 31.6 minutes per contest over his 76 appearances while shooting 40.6 percent from three-point range. Caldwell-Pope will probably see only a modest increase in usage in Orlando even though he's no longer playing alongside three-time MVP Nikola Jokic and another premium scorer in Jamal Murray, but he should be a notable upgrade at the shooting guard spot for a Magic squad that often started Gary Harris, Caleb Houstan or Anthony Black alongside Franz Wagner on the wing last season.   • Report: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope headed to Magic
    According to USA Today’s Jeff Zillgitt, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has agreed to a three-year, $66 million deal with the Magic.

    Advice: The Magic have addressed an area of need (3-point shooter) while adding another solid defender to the roster. Caldwell-Pope, who declined a player option worth $15.4 million that would have kept him in Denver, shot 40.6% from three last season and 42.3% during the Nuggets’ run to the title in 2022-23. KCP will have solid fantasy value in Orlando, as he’ll be in the starting lineup alongside Jalen Suggs. This transaction likely takes Orlando out of the Paul George sweepstakes.   • Shams: LAC signs Kevin Porter Jr. to two-year deal
    According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Clippers have signed Kevin Porter Jr. to a two-year deal that includes a player option.

    Advice: Due to alleged domestic violence charges in September 2023, Porter did not play at all in the NBA last season. Houston traded him to Oklahoma City, who waived the 2019 first-round pick just before the start of the season. He reached a plea agreement in January, with the charges being pleaded down to a third-degree misdemeanor for reckless assault. KPJ played in Greece for six weeks in April and May. By joining the Clippers, Porter can show he can be productive on a team with playoff ambitions. How valuable he can be with the Clippers depends on what happens with Paul George and Russell Westbrook. The former is an unrestricted free agent, while the latter could be on the move despite opting into the final season of his contract.   • Returning to NBA with Clippers
    Porter and the Clippers agreed to terms Sunday on a two-year deal, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

    Advice: According to Kelly Iko of The Athletic, the second year of the deal is a player option, and both years are for the veteran's minimum and are fully guaranteed. Porter didn't play in the NBA this past season after being arrested on an assault charge on a domestic incident that occurred in September, with the Rockets trading him a month later to the Thunder, who immediately waived him. In January, Porter accepted a plea deal in relation to the arrest, then played overseas in Greece in the spring. Though Porter's legal situation looks to be resolved, it's unclear whether he'll face discipline from the NBA during the 2024-25 season now that he's resurfaced in the league with the Clippers. Over 59 regular-season appearances with the Rockets during the 2022-23 campaign, Porter averaged 19.2 points, 5.7 assists, 5.3 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 34.3 minutes per game.     Advice: Drummond will embark on his second stint in Philadelphia, with whom he played 49 games during the 2021-22 season. The veteran center spent the last two seasons in Chicago and averaged 8.4 points and 9.0 rebounds in 17.1 minutes per game across 79 appearances in 2024-25.     Advice: Philly struggled at the center position while Joel Embiid was injured last season, with Paul Reed and Mo Bamba underwhelming in his place. Drummond offers a big-man presence who should fill in for Embiid much more reliably than Reed or Bamba.
