    • Ruled out for Game 5
Allen (ribs) won't play in Tuesday's Game 5 against the Magic, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Allen has been downgraded from questionable to out Tuesday due to a right rib contusion he suffered in Game 4. Isaac Okoro will replace him in the starting lineup, with Damian Jones and Tristan Thompson candidates to receive increased playing time off the bench. Allen's next chance to suit up is Game 6 on Friday. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 4:35 pm
    • Jarrett Allen ruled out, Isaac Okoro to start
Jarrett Allen (right rib contusion) has been ruled out for Game 5 on Tuesday against the Magic, which will allow Isaac Okoro to start in his place.

Advice: With Allen sidelined, Evan Mobley will shift over to center, with Okoro entering the starting unit. Mobley has had a solid series, but he’ll have to really step up with Allen out of the rotation. Tristan Thompson will likely also be forced into extra minutes behind Mobley. • Jarrett Allen (rib) questionable Tuesday vs. Magic
Jarrett Allen (right rib contusion) is listed as questionable for Tuesday’s Cavaliers-Magic game.

Advice: Allen is on the injury report after scoring a series-high 21 points in Game 4. The Cavs big man’s production has dropped off since he recorded back-to-back double-doubles in Games 1 and 2. Tristan Thompson could be asked to step up and play a larger role if Allen is ruled out. • Late addition to injury report
Allen is questionable for Tuesday's Game 5 against the Magic due to a right rib contusion.

Advice: Allen is a late addition to the injury report, and his availability is in jeopardy for the critical Game 5 in Cleveland. The big man has arguably been the MVP for the Cavaliers in the opening-round series, as he's averaged 17.0 points, 13.8 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.0 blocks in 31.8 minutes over the first four matchups. After dominating Jonathan Isaac in the first two games, Orlando countered by moving Wendell Carter back into the starting lineup. While the Magic won the last two games with Carter as a starter, Allen has still been able to produce offensively, though his rebounding numbers haven't been as prolific as they were to start the series. • Near double-double
Allen produced 21 points (8-11 FG, 5-7 FT), nine rebounds and one steal across 29 minutes during Saturday's 112-89 loss to the Magic in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Allen has arguably been the MVP for Cleveland to start the postseason, averaging 17.0 points, 13.8 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.0 blocks in 31.8 minutes per game through the first four matchups against Orlando. The big man's 21 points were his most during the first-round series thus far, but after grabbing 38 rebounds through the first two games in Cleveland, Allen accumulated just 17 boards across two losses in Orlando. • Jarrett Allen leads Cavs with 21/9 line in loss
Jarrett Allen led Cleveland with 21 points (8-of-11 FGs), nine rebounds and one steal in a 112-89 loss to the Magic in Game 4 on Saturday.

Advice: Like everyone on Cleveland, most of Allen’s production came in the first half, and he only added five points after the break. The team only had 29 points after halftime, with some of that coming in garbage time. The Cavs couldn’t get anything going in the second half, but Allen was still able to have some success, which has been the case for most of this series. Allen’s numbers were better in their home games, and the series will shift back to Cleveland for Game 5. Allen will need to control the glass if they want to avoid going down 3-2 in this series. • Decent in Game 3 blowout loss
Allen ended with 15 points (5-6 FG, 5-5 FT), eight rebounds and one block over 24 minutes during Thursday's 121-83 loss to the Magic in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Allen was one of two Cavaliers who reached the 15-point plateau in this blowout loss, and although this ended up being one of Cleveland's worst performances of the campaign, Allen found a way to deliver a decent stat line. The big man will aim to continue making a two-way impact in Game 4 of the series Saturday. Rotowire.com Friday, 5:58 am
    • Jarrett Allen finishes with 15 PTS, eight boards
Jarrett Allen shot 5-of-6 from the field and 5-of-5 from the foul line in Thursday’s 121-83 loss to Orlando, accounting for 15 points, eight rebounds, and one blocked shot in 24 minutes.

Advice: Allen was dominant in the series’ first two games, grabbing 38 rebounds in two Cavaliers victories. In response, Orlando changed its starting lineup, replacing Jonathan Isaac with Wendell Carter Jr., and that appeared to help keep Allen off the boards. Of course, the nature of Game 3 limited the minutes of all ten starters, so DFS players should not read too much into Allen’s stat line. Evan Mobley was also held in check, as he finished with 10 points, two rebounds, one assist, and three blocks in 22 minutes. Cleveland will take a 2-1 series lead into Game 4 on Saturday. • Owns boards in 20-rebound game
Allen finished with 16 points (6-10 FG, 4-8 FT), 20 rebounds, three assists, three blocks and two steals over 39 minutes in Cleveland's 96-86 win over Orlando in Game 2 of the first-round playoff series.

Advice: Allen did it all to help Cleveland take a commanding 2-0 series lead, leading all players in Monday's contest in rebounds while pacing the Cavaliers in blocks to go along with a pair of steals in a double-double performance. Allen has owned the glass over the first two games of the opening-round series, recording at least 18 rebounds and a double-double in both contests. Rotowire.com Monday, 6:59 pm
