    • Jalen Williams tallies 21/9/5/2 line in Game 3
      Jalen Williams posted a solid line on Saturday with 21 points (9-of-16 FGs), nine rebounds, five assists, two steals and three triples against the Pelicans.

      Advice: JDub came out of the game early after getting poked in the eye, but he was able to return quickly and make a big impact on this game. Williams, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Josh Giddey combined to score 66 of OKC’s 106 points in this game, and the Pelicans didn’t have an answer for the second straight game. Williams has been really solid through the first three games of his playoff career, which shouldn’t come as a surprise.     • Franz Wagner drops 34/13/4 in Game 4 win over Cavs
      Franz Wagner led the Magic with 34 points (13-of-17 FGs), 13 rebounds, four assists, one block and two triples in a 112-89 win over Cleveland in Game 4 on Saturday.

      Advice: Wagner took over in the third quarter, scoring 12 points in the period as Orlando outscored the Cavs 37-10. The Magic trailed by nine points at halftime, but they won by 23 because of elite defense and Wagner’s offense. He has been solid in this series, but Wagner played like a true star in this one, which was needed with Paolo Banchero (9 points) struggling. They tied the series up with two convincing wins, and they’ll need to bring some of this offense with them to Cleveland for Game 5 if they want to take a lead in this series.     • Paul George limited to 7/5/5 due to foul trouble
      Paul George dealt with foul trouble on Friday and only contributed seven points (3-of-11 FGs), five rebounds, five assists and one triple in 30 minutes against Dallas in Game 3.

      Advice: George was only able to play 11 minutes in the first half of this game because of some early foul trouble. He was better at staying on the floor in the second half, but he still had a poor performance after scoring 22 points in each of their first two games. PG now has committed 14 fouls through the first three games of this series, though it only limited his minutes in this one. He can’t impact the game from the sidelines, so he’ll need to clean this up moving forward, especially with Kawhi Leonard not at 100% Rotoworld Friday, 8:39 pm
       
    • Woeful in Game 3 loss
      George racked up seven points (3-11 FG, 1-6 3Pt), five rebounds and five assists across 30 minutes during Friday's 101-90 loss to the Mavericks in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

      Advice: George was non-existent in the loss, putting up his worst performance in quite some time. The Clippers managed to hang around but were never really in the contest. George is going to have to be much better when the two teams line up again Sunday if the Clippers hope to return home with the series tied up. Rotowire.com Friday, 8:31 pm

      Wagner provided 16 points (6-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds and eight assists across 30 minutes during Thursday's 121-83 victory over the Cavaliers in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

      Advice: Wagner is known for his scoring ability, but in a game where Paolo Banchero and Jalen Suggs carried the offense, Wagner made his presence felt as a distributor, with his eight assists being his highest output since Dec. 26. Wagner should remain a capable presence on the offensive side of the ball for the Magic, as he's averaged 17.3 points per game through the first three contests of this first-round series.       Franz Wagner shot 6-of-12 from the field and 3-of-3 from the foul line in Thursday’s rout of the Cavaliers, accounting for 16 points, five rebounds, eight assists, and one 3-pointer in 30 minutes.

      Advice: Like Paolo Banchero, Wagner took much better care of the basketball than in Game 2. After committing six turnovers in that defeat, Franz did not record any in Game 3. In fact, Orlando’s starters were responsible for just one turnover, which was a major factor in the Magic’s first win of the series.       Paul George logged 37 minutes in Tuesday’s 96-93 loss to the Mavericks, accounting for 22 points (7-of-14 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), two rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block, and two 3-pointers.

      Advice: As he did in Game 1, George scored 22 points on Tuesday. The area where Kawhi Leonard’s return impacted him was the shot attempts, with PG’s 14 being six fewer than his total in Game 1. He still shot 50% from the field and played 37 minutes despite some foul trouble, but navigating the balance between scoring and deferring to Leonard at times will be one of the most significant subplots for the remainder of this series.       Advice: Like Paolo Banchero, Wagner had a rough night offensively. In addition to the poor shooting, he committed six of Orlando’s 16 turnovers (Banchero also had six). Also, Wagner appeared to injure his right shoulder during the final minute to make matters worse. Play never stopped, so he remained on the court through the final buzzer, which may land Wagner on the injury report ahead of Thursday’s Game 3. The other injury concern is Jalen Suggs, who strained his left knee during the first quarter.       Advice: Wagner struggled to find his shot a bit in Monday's defeat but still provided a lift offensively by ending two points shy of the 20-point mark while leading all Magic players in rebounds in a balanced performance.
