    • Struggles in Game 5 loss
Reid contributed seven points (3-8 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds and one block in 20 minutes during Tuesday's 112-97 loss to the Nuggets in Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

Advice: Reid was a non-factor in the loss, continuing his recent struggles. Coming off a career-best regular season, Reid has been unable to produce consistently during the postseason. He has scored fewer than 15 points in eight of the Timberwolves' nine playoff games. Now facing a must-win matchup, Reid will look to turn things around in front of his home fans. • Rudy Gobert posts 18/11/3/2/2 line in Game 5 loss
Rudy Gobert shot 7-of-7 from the field and 4-of-7 from the foul line in Tuesday’s loss to the Nuggets, accounting for 18 points, 11 rebounds, three assists, two steals, and two blocks in 40 minutes.

Advice: Gobert recorded a solid overall stat line in Tuesday’s Game 5. Still, the conversations will be dominated by the fact that he was Nikola Jokic’s primary defender for most of the night. The three-time MVP went off for 40 points and 13 assists without committing a turnover, so Gobert’s numbers will only be a footnote. His offensive performance in Game 5 is encouraging because it happened with Mike Conley (Achilles) sidelined. Gobert didn’t miss a shot from the field, with six of his seven makes coming within the restricted area. Regardless of Conley’s status for Game 6 on Thursday, Gobert needs to be better defensively if Minnesota is to extend its season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:39 pm
    • Luka Doncic (ankle, knee) probable for Game 5 Wed.
Luka Doncic (left ankle soreness, right knee sprain) is probable for Wednesday’s game against Oklahoma City.

Advice: Doncic remains on the injury report ahead of Wednesday’s crucial Game 5 but is listed as probable instead of questionable. He’ll be on the court; the question is how effective the Mavericks point guard will be. He’s looked frustrated during this series, and not being fully healthy doesn’t help matters. While Doncic recorded a triple-double in Monday’s Game 4 defeat, he shot 6-of-20 from the field and committed seven turnovers. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:39 pm
    • Expected to play Wednesday
Doncic (knee/ankle) is listed as probable for Wednesday's Game 5 against the Thunder, Grant Afseth of SI.com reports.

Advice: Doncic continues to deal with a right knee sprain and left ankle soreness but is expected to suit up again. Doncic has averaged 41.0 minutes per contest across the first four games of the series and is unlikely to operate under a minutes restriction in a critical Game 5. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:37 pm
    • Questionable for Game 5
Allen (ribs) is questionable for Wednesday's Game 5 against the Celtics.

Advice: Allen has missed the last seven games with a right rib contusion, but with the Cavaliers on the brink of elimination, they will hope to bring the big man back. If Allen is out, Evan Mobley will likely continue to start at center, with Isaac Okoro slotting in at power forward. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:41 pm
    • Jarrett Allen (ribs) questionable for Game 5 Weds.
Jarrett Allen (right rib contusion) is questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Celtics.

Advice: Injured during Cleveland’s first-round series against Orlando, Allen has missed the team’s last seven games with a rib contusion. His absence has shifted Evan Mobley into the starting center position, with Isaac Okoro filling the void in the starting lineup. Expect that to be the case if Allen cannot play in Game 5, with Dean Wade also experiencing an increase in playing time. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:33 pm
    • Another dreadful showing
Irving posted nine points (4-11 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), one rebound and nine assists in 41 minutes during Monday's 100-96 loss to the Thunder in Game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

Advice: The Mavericks have welcomed the emergence of P.J. Washington in the series against the Thunder, as Kyrie Irving has struggled badly so far. He's failed to score in double digits in two of four games versus OKC and is shooting a mere 35.7 percent from three-point range. Irving needs to take on a bigger role on offense if the Mavericks want to move to the Western Conference Finals, especially considering how banged up Luka Doncic is. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:11 am
    • Posts triple-double Monday
Doncic provided 18 points (6-20 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 4-6 FT), 12 rebounds, 10 assists, one block and two steals over 42 minutes during Monday's 100-96 loss to Oklahoma City in Game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

Advice: On the surface, Doncic's final stat line looks good, as he posted his second triple-double of the postseason and made his presence felt on the defensive end. However, the star guard is battling with several injuries, and he looked a step slow in some sequences and was extremely inefficient with his shot. Doncic is averaging 22.0 points, 10.8 rebounds and 7.8 assists per game in the series against the Thunder, and the decrease in the scoring column is directly tied to the fact he's shooting a mere 39 percent from the floor. He'll aim to bounce back in Game 5 on Wednesday. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:09 am
    • Kyrie Irving musters up 9/1/9 line in Game 4 loss
Kyrie Irving struggled on Monday and finished with just nine points (4-of-11 FGs), one rebound and nine assists against the Thunder.

Advice: Kyrie has been able to put together some spectacular second halves after not doing much in the first half throughout this postseason. However, that wasn’t the case in this game. After entering halftime with four points and seven assists, he didn’t add much after the break. Dallas can’t survive with both Luka Doncic and Irving struggling, which was the case in this game. OKC regained homecourt advantage in this game, which means that Dallas will have to win another game on the road to win this series. Kyrie will look to bounce back in Game 5 on Wednesday to help make that happen. Rotoworld Monday, 9:56 pm
